Today I'm going to share with you 10 of my favorite Christmas movies and a bonus 3 of Brandi's! I like all 13 on this list, but the first 10 are my absolute favorites (in no order, of course) and the last 3 are just a bonus three so Brandi could get in on this too. :)
Each image is linked to the Amazon page so you can get more info or purchase it!
Here you go:
I watch The Muppet Christmas Carol EVERY year.
I know that Sleepless in Seattle isn't really a Christmas movie, but I included it because I watch it at Christmas as there is Christmas/New Year in the movie.
I hope you enjoyed our list - what are some of your favorites?

Ten ways to cook a Turkey
Since this week is Thanksgiving I thought I would make Tuesday Ten about Turkey! There are so many ways to cook turkey other than the regular old roasting with stuffing. On Friday we will be hosting a linky party for everyone to link up their Thanksgiving spread.
Some of these are really unusual.
1. Frying- This is becoming more common, its really unhealthy but super yummy. Just don't try to fry a frozen turkey!
2. Beer can- Open a can of your favorite beer and gently place it inside the turkey before roasting.
3. Microwave- Personally the only thing I like microwaved is my popcorn but this can be done with a 12lb or smaller turkey.
4. Grill- In Ohio it would just be too cold to do this on Thanksgiving but I'd love to try it sometime.
5. Brine- This method takes some time and space in your refrigerator but it makes the turkey very moist and flavorful.
6. Steamed- Wrap the whole thing in tin foil, keep it a little loose for steam to escape
7. Smoked- You need a smoker or the right type of grill but I bet apple wood chips would make for an interesting turkey.
8. Oven bag- This is probably my favorite, the bag keeps the turkey moist and its simple, spray the bag add some veggies and the turkey and thats it.
9. Crock pot- If you have a small enough Turkey or large enough crock pot but don't expect a crispy skin
10. Bacon wrapped- I have never heard of this before today but check it out: Bacon-Wrapped Turkey
I would love to try all of these! I am very excited for Thanksgiving dinner with Meig this year, we are going food shopping and craft shopping tonight!
Don't forget to take pictures on Thursday and link them up here on Friday.
Also only a couple days left to enter our giveaway!

Monkey Monday
Today I'm going to share some random projects that I've been working on lately. I've had a lot going on around here and have been terrible about taking pictures, sorry! I am trying to get my house in shape for family to come over on Thanksgiving and so it's been a little hectic. BUT I did snag some pictures of a few projects to share with you!!
Brandi and I found this end table sitting on the side of the road. Neglected. Sad. FREE. So we grabbed it and I decided to paint it. I looked up many different techniques, and I found this blog post with a pretty simple recipe. I headed over to Lowe's (surprised B by showing up while she was working, too!) and grabbed some non sanded grout for my project. (We had picked out the paint color together last week.)
I love how the blue looks with my red couches!! I need to put another coat on it, but I think all in all it turned out how I wanted it to.
I made this super cute little monkey hat for an order in our shop. It's for an infant and my, oh my, is that hat tiny!! I had to figure out how to make my standard rose smaller because it was almost as big as the hat!!
This is a custom order cloche hat that I made. I was asked to make a beanie, but it's so boring. She also wants a flower on it so I used my executive decision powers (she's also a very good friend of mine, so I can do things like this) and made this hat and will make the flower for her later this week. I'm also going to whip up some fingerless mitts to match. She has a cowl (this same pattern) with the same yarn and wanted a complete matching set!
So, that's what I've been up to lately. What about you? Also, make sure you sign up for our GIVEAWAY!! It ends on Thursday! :)
